- Ground floor: 2 living rooms with TV (free Netflix), DVDs, games, coloring books and 2 equipped kitchens (raclette and fondue machines, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, small refrigerator)
- R+1: 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 shower rooms-sink-WC, 2 large bedrooms with 2×2 bunk beds (baby kit extra €20 for bedding + linen + high chair and baby bath) and 2 mezzanines accessible by Japanese staircase, including 1 double bed for one and 2 single beds for the other.
- 2 furnished terraces facing south with lake and mountain views
- 1 secure shared courtyard (ideal play area for children) with BBQ shelters / gas plancha and 1 closed room for skis / bikes with 2 large fridge-freezers + tumble dryer
- 2 private parking spaces
